Analyzing Website User Behavior with Google Analytics
Non-Profit Senior Community
UX researcher | 2024
Taking full ownership, I spearheaded a Google Analytics project to analyze user behavior and establish a comprehensive KPI tracking system. Through in-depth discussions with stakeholders and previous research, I defined key business goals and proposed essential UX metrics, such as organic bounce rate, returning visitors, and average time spent on key tasks. I developed three dashboards for long-term monitoring, which aligned the team on our objectives and provided critical insights for website improvements.

Evaluating the New Family Plan Feature in an Insurance Comparison App via Usability Testing
Insurance
UX Researcher | 2024
I led a moderated usability testing project to assess the newly introduced Family Plan Feature for an Insurance Comparison App. I meticulously assigned tasks and formulated follow-up questions for test sessions. Additionally, a post-test survey was designed to capture four key UX metrics. Systematically analyzing results through Google Sheets, I categorized identified issues into three priority levels and provided actionable improvement suggestions.
